The keysco deluxe bumper stand is a complete bumper system that includes support tubes, padded hoop & padded u-shaped brackets. this will swivel 180 degrees while holding the entire bumper securely, and adjusts up and down, in and out. works on the outside and inside of any bumper. the tubes extend to firmly hold the "floppy ends" of plastic bumpers.
